How do I create a Virtual Outlet combining flow of 2 Neptune flow sensors?

I have both a return pump and a UV sterilizer pump both with 1" Neptune flow sensors. I would like to monitor the total flow into the display tank at any time. Is there a way to add the output from both sensors? I suspect a virtual outlet may be able to do this but have not been able to find an example online.
