How can I get rid of this Aiptasia so I can move the coral to my new tank?

I'm trying to get rid of this Aiptasia so I can move the coral. I've read other posts about removing Aiptasia in general, but this one looks like he's almost part of the coral. Any ideas? Thanks!

If it’s just the one frag, you can probably just scape them off.

It's just one frag that's glued to a post and it looks like the Aiptasia is actually wedged between the frag and the post. Is there a way I can remove the frag from the post without damaging it?

I use Frank’s Aiptasia but it’s expensive if you have a lot. It works. Some people say lemon juice works.
