Water Changes should always be done with Salt Water. Daily top off should be done with RO/DI water, as the Salt does not evaporate. I hope you did not remove 10% salt and add 10% RO/DI. If you did hopefully it did not drop your salinity to low and now you need to bring it back up.

Welcome to R2R and the salty world. Water change use Sal water. Top up after evaporation use R O water. Take things slowly. Lots of knowledgeable and helpful people here who will support and advise you when needed.

Welcome. Sounds like new tank syndrome. Everything happens slow so be patient. Also with the water change, make sure you are mixing salt into the new RO water to the appropriate salinity level. Now you probably have low salinity so test it and add salt slowly testing now and again until you come back to the proper salinity level.
