help with nitrates

hey guys im having some problems with nitrates they were showing 160 ppm on three different test kits the tank is a 90 gallon with a life reef wet dry filter 2 reactors running gfo and one running carbon I have a life reek protein skimmer I done a 65 gallon water change sat tested the nitrates again today and the nitrates show 160 ppm again what going on

How many fish total?

How often do you feed/how much do you feed?

A safe assumption is that you are either feeding way too much or have way too many fish.

I have 80 pounds of live
and 140 lbs of live rock In a 90 gallon tank I have 3 clown fish a watchma
goby damsel 2 shrimp I feed a 1/8 cube feed every 2 days of the frozen brine shrimp lost nothing In the last 3 months last a tang ten and got it out as soon as it died and it diedwith the ich

The only advice I think that is of help would be to simply just continue with water changes.
