I wouldn't worry about things like calcium and Alk with anemones, only corals with hard skeletons need those elements monitored. Also I wouldn't trust a thermometer that goes on the outside of your glass. Definitely get a better one!

I say from my own eyes, what I see, with my own anemones, my own eyes, over many years, calcium and KH are HUGE factors, the biggest factors next to light and flow. I’ve had many anemones over the years, and had the same anemones I have now for years. Advice like this lead many to failure. Temp is less of a perimeter to worry about as what I’ve seen most can handle a wide range from 77-88. Coral is more temp sensitive, typically cooler than what anemone put up with.

Ah, gotcha. If it was me I'd double check my salinity, temp, Nitrate, ammonia, ect (not Cal, Alk, mag) and just keep an eye on it. Offer it food every few days (don't force feed it), and hope for the best.

Of course any aquatic organism requires stable Cal and especially Alk but anemones do not need them like corals do. Not even close. The op stated his Cal is upper 300s and Alk is 11dkh, unless there was a major swing that got the op to those #s (or that got the op to any of the tested #s) then Cal and Alk are not his issue imo

Nope, there haven't been any major swings that have gotten me to my current params.

Are they good enough though? I'm a little conflicted now.. Are they too low or are they fine?

With that clown hovering above nem in the pic., i suspect it’s beating the nem to death as some clowns go overboard with them.
I would if possible remove clown, not nem and sea if nem perks up.
For light, i run my primes 12 hr at blue-97%, violet-83%, white 21%, red -8% and green -6%

Cal is low (should be mid 400s), Alk is high (should be 8-9), but your #s make me more concerned about your lps corals than you bubble tip.

I was using B-Ionic a while ago and it made my params perfect (9 dkh and 420 calc), but stopped because I wanted to see how the tank would react without them. Should I start adding them in again?

And surprisingly, the lps are alright. Nothing has really changed with them. Of course, that doesn't mean that I won't work on my params.

The Nem sadly looks very close to death but you did not mention: when you last worked in the tank, did you change anything about the water flow?

Thousands of articles online telling you that your Nem will crawl around by itself, might forget to mention that changing flow can completely mess with the Nem.

To me it looks like your Nem is being blown into a corner and it is not yet strong enough to stop it.

Good luck with everything!

May have had answers to this already, but I looks like it isn't getting enough light to photosynthesize. Sadly, nems have feet that are planted to the rock. I have moved one intentionally, but it required removing rock, tuning it upside down and putting it directly in front of a gyre and blasting the foot with a turkey baster to irritate it enough to move. Hope that helps.

Good luck.
