Help ID this weird thing on my glass please

I am terrible at taking pictures but a repetitive white trail pattern showed up on my glass and I am very curious to identify it, so any help would be much appreciated. Thanks. If it helps narrow things down I have no fish in this 65 gallon tank only corals, cerith snails, a serpent sea star and a tuxedo urchin.
