Weird things on my glass

I’m not sure what are these do anyone know what they are?? I do have pods on the glass but this I have never seen it’s white and has like tentacles or something but they are the size of the pods
Can anyone please help me ?

Yeah, these are medusa-stage hydroids.
Are they a bad thing? What is the reason for them to appear did I do anything wrong
Some species may cause some issues, but most are harmless and go away without causing any problems. The reason is that they hitchhiked in on something - you didn't do anything wrong; hitchhikers are expected in reef tanks; most are harmless, some cause problems.

How new is your tank? I don't think I've experienced anything bad from them but they do appear in newly established tanks and then as your biome establishes they tend to go a way. You didn't do anything wrong.

I would say my tank is 2 and half months old so far but I was going crazy when I saw them cause I’ve been keeping the tank clean doing my water changes and everything on the tests have come good so I was freaking out

So far this is my 20g tank hopefull they don’t cause any harm I’ve had it 2 1/2 months so far so good

Nice! Looks like a great tank!

2 months is quite a young tank, you might go through the uglies but just be assured that your tank will sort itself out as long as you keep the good habits you're already doing.
