This is not a prazi nor copper issue but rather an injury which has become infected and will need treatment in a separate quarantine tank using Seachem Kanaplex and added aeration with air sone, Fish also appears a bit thin and should get foods such as LRS herbivore frenzy, plankton, mysis shrimp and formula 2 frozen or Hikari veggie delight

Both can be mixed while I dont favor it as Prazi has Glycol and can break down stabilizers in copper and added oxygen recommended

Looks like a bacterial disease to me, probably from some minor injury. Are there ANY other similar spots on the fish, or just this one?

More pics.

I think the color in the gills is normal to mimic tangs doesnt look like an injury on the gills.

Seeing the lesion mirrored on both sides indicates that HLLE might have been the start of this, but now an infection has set in.
The tang is also a bit thin.

Kanaplex is by far the best for this - however, it should be done in a hospital tank if possible
