I wouldn’t get your hopes up..I ordered 09/13/24 (#2788) and still have not received any sort of shipping or order confirmation from @noopsyche after their last forum update on Monday.
I'm glad I'm not the only one, at this point I just want my money back and I'll take my business elsewhere. I hope people see this and decide to do the same.

I’m still contemplating getting a refund, however it’s going to be a process getting it back from them..if it doesn’t ship out by next week I’ll take my business elsewhere. Not Zach B’s fault at all, and I hope that NooPsyche finds some way to develop a better customer service experience because Unfortunately businesses cannot be run like this.

There has been a major accident affecting their US distribution, so your stance seems a bit harsh. I've had my light for over a year and wouldn't hesitate to give them more of my business in the future.

We get that but 30+ days of no communication and reluctance to issue refunds. I mean it’s not one light, some of us ordered 3+.

There has been a major accident affecting their US distribution, so your stance seems a bit harsh. I've had my light for over a year and wouldn't hesitate to give them more of my business in the future.
I don't feel like I was being harsh about it, maybe the should send out a email to everyone explaining thing's? Maybe the should reply to emails? Maybe the should update the website with information on length of shipping? They'll never have my business, there is no excuse for 30+ days with no communication..

Unfortunately for you, you end up losing by not buying their product. The competition in this price range is inferior.

Just an fyi if you start a return with PayPal don’t stop it to give them more time you can’t start a return on it again

I don’t necessarily think it’s a harsh take on the situation, obviously no one’s fault regarding the accident with Zach..things happen and I do hope for a healthy and quick recovery for him. I do agree that you really are getting your bang for your buck with the lights considering what else is out there…however I’m quite disappointed in the company for not having an alternative course of action for situations like this. It’s quite unfortunate that some people have been waiting from late august / early September (myself included) and have not received any sort of update or response to emails from this company. I have yet to request a refund in hopes I do eventually get the product, but it does make me think twice about whether or not it’s beneficial to purchase from the company again.

Oh I bought the product, so the only thing I've lost this far is my money lol. Just because there is no competition in the price range don't mean they can have trash customer service lol. I'm not here talking about the product anyways.

I love these lights but waiting for over a month is terrible. I feel bad for Zach and his family and hope he has a speedy recovery. The company should have more than one person to handle all orders in the US. I placed an order on 8/31 and was told that they would urge Zach to ship out my order. I got tired of waiting and did a refund through PayPal. There are other lights out there within the same or close to the price range of the NooPsyche lights. I had to do some research and found a great light that’ll grow my acros. Great lights but shipping needs improvement.

Lose out on what? A company that doesn’t value their customers in any way? What if you needed customer service the last 4-5 weeks for dead lights? Let the tank suffer? Of course not, you would go buy something else when it’s clear the company isn’t up to helping out.

Noopsyche has had over a month to handle this. They finally made a single message saying they’ll get it handled. Yet, they still haven’t and still aren’t responding.

This is beyond clear to stay away from them

It's quite unfortunate...I've emailed them 3 time's, direct messaged them, and tried to get any sort of update. The only update they have given to us is on this thread saying they were "deeply sorry" and would have them shipped out the day of or next day in order of order #. Yet, I haven't seen any sort of update on the shop app. I ordered September 13, 2024.

I purchased these lights for my system and so far my acros love it! It is a bit more than the NooPsyche lights but with Amazon's shipping it was the best option. There's also a coupon for $25 off so it brings it closer to the NooPsyche price
