It would appear R2R is still a valid code, there may be others. I have paid through PayPal in the past and did not incur any fees. Usually that falls on the seller side to cover, related to how they transfer funds post sale.

Is there a promo code valid right now?

Did you have to pay for any PayPal fees at checkout?
I don't use PayPal but this is there only form of payment.

I believe they only took paypal for payment. IDK about any promo codes but I'd honestly wait to order anything from @noopsyche since they're not shipping out anything atm. I'm still waiting on my order from September 8th and have yet to hear anything back from them on if I'm getting my order or my refund.

I’m not aware of any promo codes out right now however I purchased on 09/13/2024 and used PayPal. I didn’t see any additional PayPal fee’s other than the currency conversion as I am in Canada and it is priced as USD. Their conversion rate was a little more expensive but nothing too major.

Literally just got a refund from you guys today when I asked for info on this several times. If I order the k7 right now will it be shipped out as well this week or am I going to have to wait another month to hear anything again

I understand that unforeseen circumstances happen..but it’s been a month and multiple of us have sent emails to your company and customer support team and have gotten either little to no reply.

Shoot I've sent a email and everything about my order and never heard back so I filed with PayPal to get a refund and still haven't heard anything back even with PayPal reaching out. Seems like good lights but honestly not worth the trouble when they have horrible customer service and can't run a business.

They're great budget lights. My tanks doing great woth them, it's just a shame they they don't have any communication with their customers. I legit need one more to fill out my 75 long and had to reorder the same set of lights since they're now shipping them. He'll I'd probably be on the front of the shipping if they didn't cancel my order the day they messaged everyone.

I wouldn’t get your hopes up..I ordered 09/13/24 (#2788) and still have not received any sort of shipping or order confirmation from @noopsyche after their last forum update on Monday.
