Good evening, my Neghibor received a 6 inch Australian Tusk today in the mail. It was delayed a day, but arrived alive. Now it keeps sticking its nose out of the water. I’m posting the video to see if anyone knows what wrong with it, if anything. I don’t have the parameters of his tank, but I know when he ordered it on Friday everything was in good shape. I don’t think it would’ve changed much since then. 90 gallon FOWLR. TIA

Likely an oxygen issue associated with bag water and as it gets water through its gills, should return to normal. These guys are tough as nails. Add air stone to help it with added oxygen

This is shipping stress from a long transit time or improper acclimation. Keep the lights dim for the time being, just enough for the fish to see food and navigate. There is no treatment other than time. The fish is breathing hard, the ammonia in the shipping bag may have damaged the gills.

Here is an article I posted on this species:

Jay, he is doing much better. His breathing has slowed but still not eating. He’s just hanging out on the bottom. We’ve kept the lights off. Any thoughts? TIA

Now that the chance of transport stress is over, the lights need to be strong enough for the fish to see food, what foods are you trying on it?

I’ve thrown in krill, mysis shrimp and brine but nothing no bites

That's a tough one, you can't *make* a fish eat, you just have to try and find out what is stopping it. Without other symptoms, that is tough to do. Here is a general article I wrote on fish anorexia:
