Guppy has strange white thing that stick out of the head

Hei there! Newbie aquarium owner here. Today i was looking at my aquarium and i spot a strange white thing at my guppys head, i also remarked that my other 2 corydoras are very inactive and they don’t move so much. Can it be that my tank has the ICH disease.

cant really tell from picture, but looks like there is a "stick" which would indicate an anchor worm. This is not uncommon in feeder fish, fish kept outdoors or game fish. Do some research for treatment.
