Stomatella snails most likely. (harmless) The egg sack looks more like a sponge though IMO.
Thanks Cloak! I thought the 3rd pic looked a bit sponge like too. I didnt see it there a couple days ago and these snails popped up after I bought the chaeto. lol I was starting to think I had some sort of infestation going on.

Can you maybe take the snails out and touch them to see if there is a membrane covering the shell. It looks like there is "skin" such as a bubble snail would have from the family Haminoeidae.

I got one out and it did feel like it had a membrane over the shell. I could actually see its heart beat when it was on the over the refug light. Not sure if that is any help. Lol kind of cool tho.

I recently got my first tank. It's a 10 gallon tank. It's a hermit crab tank (start small, ya know). I got some live sand and things started appearing in my tank. Copepods, and what I believe to be green coralline algae. One thing I can't ID are these lines of things growing on my tank walls. They grow in lines and have like tiny bits that stick off and occasionally move quickly as if they caught food. These things are copepod size and I couldn't get a picture. Anyone have any idea what this could be?

Oh the lines of things seem to be multiple things connected on one line and are all white. The lines themselves don't move, just the tiny protrusion bits.

Good, or bad. Keep or flush

Keeper. They get large in time..... like very large, but if he outgrows your tank, someone else will want them. They're a cool snail to have. Usually they don't get to grow that large because our tanks don't have enough food for them.
