Good morning! I found a white blob near the bottom of the 90 last night...ugh, it was my three-stripe damsel, or what was left of it. I have no idea what happened. The fish was fine the last time I noticed it. Everything else looks great. I was trying to figure out how long I've had the damsel. I'm guessing I added it around 2015. It had been there several years prior to my reboot in 2019. The fish was a major jerk, but everything had been getting along well lately. Anyway, I hate fish losses, even jerk fish.

Lights are on Hydros. The power came back at 2:30 and the internet went out. I had to unplug the lights on the 240. Wyze smart plugs wont work without net access so they are gone.

Good morning. I am giving the new oven the biscuit test. The old one didnt get them cooked after 450 for 30 minutes so it went away.

The oven passed. No more white yucky biscuits.

Now to clean the gravel in my tank. Something I do once a year.

Good morning...or at least it was an hour ago. Busy morning! Local kids came by to officially meet the new pup. Our son was the initial guinea pig, but we were hesitant to try the daughter-in-law and 3-year-old grandson until she was more settled in.

She did fantastic! She seemed to remember our son, she immediate won over the daughter-in-law, and our little grandson finally felt brave enough to pet her. She wanted to give him kisses and he didn't like that! We were very pleased. Our Nashville son/family will be coming down and staying with us next weekend, and we feel much better about the whole situation.

The humidity is lower, the temps are cooler, and we may enjoy some porch time this evening! It may even be in the upper 50s tonight, then back to HOT next week. Have a great rest of your weekend!
