I have the majority of mine in 3-400 PAR however I have one that is thriving in my main display in around 80-100 PAR.
So generally they’re extremely variable for how much light they can tolerate - it’s like I have mushrooms on the same level as my clams again at 400-450 PAR.

You can buy a 500ml bottle from the Moonshiners page….i believe it’s $20.
Or you can buy MnSO4 powder and mix your own dosing supplement. I bought some through loud wolf.
The easiest way is to buy the stuff from moonshiners.
I believe the daily dose for my 75g display was maybe .5ml. I’ll look into once I’m home.
I use the moonshiners. Maybe I did the calculation excel wrong. It told me correction was .3 and daily was .1 for my 75

Icp will measure manganese but my understanding is it is consumed quick and that why it needs to be dosed daily. I think many people get a reading of zero on icp and increase dosing and test again and repeat until they figure out how much is needed to keep getting a positive number
I’m still figuring this out myself and just got my first icp test ordered. I dose 1-2 ml of manganese a day and will send out my water and see if it shows up greater than zero

It took me dosing an average of 5ml a day to get a reading on an ICP test.
I would not recommend starting that high. I start at .5 and worked my way up. I doubled it after a month. Than a month later went to 1.5ml. I dosed 2ml for a long time. It never showed on a ICP test. When I started adding crazy amounts of gonis and other LPS I went crazy and started dosing 5ml. After a couple months of that I ran an ICP test and my results were .7 ug/L. ATI says I’m shooting for .92 ug/L. But I switch from the moonshiners to the loud wolf powder so I reduced dosing as the liquid I dose is more concentrated. I’m going to run another ICP test soon and see what it says.

Depending on you and your financial situation I would recommend if you are able to just send your water off for an ICP. I like ATI and that’s what’s recommended as the spreadsheet is set up for the way they measure things. ATI will also give you a recommendation on how much to dose but they do not give you your daily dosing. That’s where the calculator comes in.
You don’t have to dose everything it tells you to. Dose what trace elements you feel comfortable with. If you dose more than manganese for trace elements you would want to run ICP test more frequently. I would just start with the manganese. Start with the recommendation and after a month or 2 run another ICP. And keep increasing it till it registers. I would t increase it in crazy amounts like I did! Just increase it by the recommended dosage. So if it says .5ml than you could increase it by .5 every increase. Does that make sense? The key is paying attention to the tank and watching it for any negative effects. I didn’t see any when I did this. Dont expect miracles or changes in the corals colors or anything over night.

I make my own. Buy off of Amazon. Manganese Sulfate. 1 pound bag, $10. Lasts forever.

Ok so I went and started reading some scientific articles and yeah the concentration seems to vary widely lol ….i pulled myself away because that is a rabbit hole for the weekend
One I use is animal feed grade so pretty safe. I mix 66g into a 64 oz of RO and dose like 20-30ml a day.

Do you have a link??? And how big was your tank again?? 240g??(or did I make that number up!)
Have you run an ICP test on your tank water lately?
I will dig it up and send to you. Yes, 240. No haven’t done an ICP in a couple of years. I just spitball it.
According to Randy Holmes Farley Mn is used up quickly in our tanks so don’t think you can add too much.
