I was on 2 weeks vacation with mysis shrimp in a container feeding by Apex dos. The container was smelling but not excessive, you can turn your refrigerator down it will partial ice up the container but
I did it for a week Last July no issues.

Fish eat other fishes and their own poop. So there's that.
Kinda my point. Fish will eat whatever they can in the wild.

Ok. Food starts to decay as soon as it dies. Whats the point here.

Ill let yall know when my fish won’t eat it or die from this method.
I make a premix 2 times a week and refrigerate, zero problems.

While the answer is yes, depending on the fish, tank mates, and sticking level, missed meals can sometimes cause aggression issues. Just something to be aware of.

So im gowing on last minute vacation for a week and i just got a bunch of fish that only eat frozen and i dont think i can wean them all on pellets before i go, I could only have someone come 2-3 days max to feed them. Can the fish go this long without eating?
This should be alright - I’ve had fish go months without eating (Macropharyngodon and Anampses wrasses are best known for this) and then just appear as if nothing happened :)

Are any of these fish aggressive? Cleaner wrasse, springers damsel, fire fish, cardinal fish, and a royal gramma.
