I have more than two decades of stories about the most entertaining ways to make people not enjoy being difficult. I once made a return take 3.5 hours because the person walked up to my returns cashier saying he was allergic to the item as he took a bite. I had to file an incident report and take pictures and he had to explain the reaction and so on.

I think you have your company confused with some other company. You do work for the place that will let me return an empty vacuum box with the claim that I hated the vacuum so much I threw it away and then give me a full refund...

Depends on the manager. But yes we bend over backwards to take care of the members. But rule #1 when I was a manager was don’t abuse my employees. If you do you will find yourself in a labyrinth of random rules and issues that may take a while to resolve
