I had a time where my skimmer stopped working and that combined with laziness led to some excess of algae. This is thicker and hairier than the algae I usually get. I’m getting my parameters back under control now (laziness is mostly gone). Curious what type this is.

Just your standard run of the mill turf/hair algae. There are many species under that umbrella term. In my experience, they can all be treated the same as long as you rule out bryopsis, which you do not have based on the photos.
