Just found this and got caught up. Shipping anything nowadays seems to be a crap shoot as to whether it will be delivered undamaged or not. Shipping stuff like large glass boxes is scary to me. I know that once I knew my Reef Savvy tank was on the truck, I could hardly bear the anticipation of it maybe being damaged (after such a long wait). The crate arrived unscathed though and I hope for the same on yours. Following...

I too had a small issue and the customer service was way beyond compare. Jess is really making a name for herself as being OUTSTANDING! @Waterbox Aquariums keep up the service.

Yes everyone is doing good, well all but my SPS but that started well before the breakdown.

Went to a frag swap today with NHFragSwap.com. Met some great guys and got a couple frags. A nice Torch and a Trumpet. Already in the 40 and looking great.
