Well this is some news.... bad or good, you can decide for yourself, me, eehhh I just want the tank already... 
Shipping company "Says" they cannot find the tank. So, Waterbox is having the stand shipped back to them and they are shipping me a new tank and stand.

Could be worse. I ordered my tank in November. Still waiting on a usable glass box. Tank number three will be here soon.

JBJ. I will say part of the issue was the tank was out of stock for a while. I will also say they have been communicating and working with me all along the way.

Just heard from Waterbox, tank is on its way either today or Monday depending on p/u. Hopefully have it late next week
Man just caught up... the really blows about the shipping company screwing up the tank delivery like that. The good thing is Waterbox is standing behind their customer service even tho you are getting a giveaway tank. That speaks VOLUMES for a company when they are that helpful, especially for a free tank.

The GREAT thing about Waterbox, when I called on Tuesday to see what I should do about the damaged stand. I spoke directly to the person who is here on R2R (can't remember her name though). This made me feel very much at ease as she already knew who I was by my name.
