Here is what I think of the nano pump. It’s a very cost effective pump. It’s more of a pico pump than a nano aquarium pump. It’s is exactly as advertised. Pulls 2.4 watts. Flow isn’t super strong but isn’t weak. In the video that’s 16” across. The pump is extremely small in size. That’s why I say more of a pico or a smaller nano return. Noise is very low. If you put your ear close to the aquarium. You can hear it. I’m being extremely picky. For the purchase price. It’s a total Win win. If your looking for a small cost effective pump.

Bought one, for $10 this little pump is a rock-star. I am using it in an ATO, and it is just the right amount of flow. I did also test their 4ft head height claim... it is valid. At 4 vertical feet flow wasn't much, but for the MAXIMUM height it did still flow. Price point is perfect, small footprint is neat, and the USB power supply is awesome to keep wall voltage out of your wet stuff. Agree with above though, this is tiny and would be ideal in a pico tank too.

I think I could find a use for it and would like to try it out.
PS, the nano protein skimmer has been working great.

I could definitely give this a try. Need an ATO pump that can pump higher than 2', preferable 4'+.

Hey, was just curious, I have this Protein skimmer on my Waterbox cube 10 nano, during break-in period, i have the air valve completely open like stated, is it normal for the pump to sound a little bit loud when the air valve is wide open? Thanks!

Which protein skimmer do you have?
