Very cool! She's about the same age as my niece then. She's just starting to drive and I gave a very long lecture about texting and driving. You're as effective as a blind person behind the wheel when you text and drive. I heard recently that teenage girls insurance rates are higher than boys now due to this. Not sure how true that is though, but it wouldn't surprise me.
So many worries with a kid this age. Just have to hope we did a good job and they don't stray too far.
Absolutely. They're growing up but not smart enough to know what they don't know. Heck, the brain is still something like 70% plastic up until roughly 25 years old. Even a 23 year old college graduate is still a child from a biological standpoint, typically. Their brain hasn't finished developing.

Speaking of pigs, my ribs are really on point after practicing all spring and summer. I just bought a brisket this weekend. Now for my next smoking challenge!
