I have two 1 inch holes that I want to punch out to 1.5 inch (roughly). I have someone coming by who has cut thousands of holes. Should I be worried about redrilling an existing hole? Or is this a nonissue?

As long as you have a frame around the hole to keep it from jumping, you should be fine. And water flowing.

Just have some kind of guide and it wiĺl be fine.
