I will sometimes feed my zoas for kicks. Mine will sometimes eat small pieces of mysis, but feeding is not necessary.

I guess it really depends on the size, most seem to get by on dissolved organics, but some of mine (especially palys) will actually eat mysis

try Coral Vibrance by Oceans Blend. i got a sample the other day from Russell and this stuff was great... my zoas, chalice, and Acans love it... the acans swell huge

ok thankx i have read alot on it and alot of people use the coral frenzy mine are doin good but are not poppin any new ones and some i have had for months i was just woundering if feeding them would help out

I'll shoot mine some daphnia, or cyclops about once a week when im targeting other corals. My CARs put out a new polyp every 1-2 weeks, my fruit loops popped out 2 heads in a week, but have slowed down so i don't know if feeding helps them or not but i still do it, all my others grow like crazy

Here's what I do for my collection Dan spot feed every other day in which I do my zoa fondue it includes oyster feast phytoplankton fauna marin zoa/acan food coral frenzy and last brightwell zooplankton I usually mix this up in a specimen cup and would last me about 3 feedings I keep refrigerated and zoas love it as well as my favias acans chalices I feed everything in my tank this plates scolys tarchy shrooms they all have a feast

I use Microvore from Brightwell and Reef Nutrition Oyster Eggs and disperse in the water column. I have some very nice colony's growing.
