I have tried using flucanazole in my 10 gallon tank and it has been effective. However, I have had other issues with the tank and wonder if the flucanazole is stressing the corals. I'm not comfortable with the manufacturer's recommendation to wait three weeks to do a water change. I can't seem to find much that is specific to 10 gallon tanks.

I dosed Reef Flux (Flucanazole) in my 11 gallon without issue and kept acropora and other SPS. . . so my inclination is it is not the reef flux causing issues, though that is just one anecdote.
