Your welcome right now I can only dream

Took me a little over a year to build this system before it was "wet".

Lot's of dreaming took place all that time.

You'll get there! ;Happy

Not while I’m living in a condo
I have a JBJ 45 gal that I converted to have a sump

I had a 56 collum for some years, back when we lived in a apartment while our house was being built. It was my first small reef. It was a challenge to keep, but still fun to do.

So I've been searching for a decent phone camera app to deal with the "blue" saturation issues with LED's for some time and have been trying different ones over time. I finally came across a camera app I like, Camera FV-5 lite for Android.

A beautiful set up, and beautiful aquarium. I enjoyed reading about your build and the painted feet cracked me up. So how did the majano want work?

Thank you! The wand works well, just can't use it for long times, water starts to cloud.

Paint on my feet, oh yes, that was funny! Lol

Beautiful aquarium! You have a lot of Caulastrea (underrated LPS in my opinion). Wondering what you started with and how long to grow all of that out. Looks like you have at least three colonies going.

Thank you!

Of the causlastrea, it was started in my 56 gallon back in 2010 as a three headed frag that was dieing. It grew into a small sized grapefruit with about 80 heads by 2014. I fragged it into two by accident when I went to place it in the 125 for the first time. Thus the two larger colonies you see in the picture. The larger one has 100+ and is the size of a small cantaloupe. The smaller one has 50+ on it. Three small frags are growing out around the tank.

My euphyllia started out as two heads and got to eight in the 56. I fragged some off and sold them. I have two colonies in 125, one with seven heads and the other with four.

Been awhile since I posted an update. I'm battling diatoms at the moment on my sand bed. Going to load up the reactor with GFO.

Skimmer is showing signs of the battle.
