Did a deep clean on this tank today and mounted some corals. Going to try and get some pics tomorrow!

That fire fish is a beauty!Just a pic from each side today. Had to remove the large male emerald mithrax crab, as I caught him eating a perfectly healthy maxi mini anemone today. Luckily, the anemone seems none the worse for wear, just a small wound on the edge. It explains why half of them have looked irritated the past week or so. The crab is now a citizen of the sump prison on the 75 gallon, where he shares a cell with the pencil urchin who was eating my mushroom corals.
Sorry for your losses! My neon striped goby and masked gobies will sometimes sit on my corals/RFAs. My old clown goby would do that also. May be good considerations for this tank. The masked goby/neon striped are always out in the front also. Thanks for the update. So we had an Acropora that had encrusted on our frag rack in the big tank and left behind quite a bit of growing tissue on the rack when the frag was removed. I decided to scrape some off and glue it on the rock in here to see if it would grow, and it's been doing quite well for the past week! So I decided to move a few other Acropora frags over and see how they do. The tank has settled quite well, and the maxi minis, the Cyphastrea on the back wall, and the photosynthetic gorgonian are growing nicely. We also added a couple purple and green frilly mushrooms about a week ago, which have now attached to the rock and are doing pretty well.
I'm still planning on adding some more maxi mini anemones as I find ones that I like, as well as a colony of 5 or 6 sexy shrimp. The firefish disappeared about a week ago, and about 48 hrs later we watched one of the maxi mini anemones spit up the bones. Unfortunately the female molly decided to jump while I was doing maintenance, and I didn't find her until it was too late. We won't be replacing the fish that died, as honestly we don't need 2 mollies in there, and the firefish seemed to be really skittish in this tank, which was a disaster with all the strong stinging anemones around.
I'm just going to keep it as the pair of clowns and the molly. I trust my rock flower nems in the 47 gallon rimless with any fish (in fact I have a sharknose goby in there who does sit on them occasionally), but the maxi minis will happily eat clown gobies and neon gobies.Sorry for your losses! How do you find the look of the Mini Maxis?Well, we ended up with 3 maxi minis left. The rest melted. I managed to save these 3 using cephalexin. It was what I had on hand and I'd seen someone on here used it successfully for a haddoni before. I treated the tank with them in it and they've recovered and seem happy and open (and nice and sticky). The Acropora in here are doing well, as are the photosynthetic gorgonian that's been in here and some Palys I got from @Reefer Matt at the Southeast Michigan Reef club BBQ to grow out and put in my 180 gallon with the large angels.
Igor is also doing well. His fins have healed and he has put weight back on. I snapped a pic where you can see his jaw pretty well, he's still kind of shy unless there is food involved, hence my hand behind the tank to help bring him forward in a couple pics.
As you can see from the pics, the black molly is doing well, and the wyoming white clowns are growing fast and are as fiesty as ever. They aren't even full grown yet, but super defensive of their tank when my hand is involved. The female repeatedly bites and attacks my hand the entire time I'm cleaning the tank.
I really like them. Eventually I plan on getting another group of them to replace the 3 I lost. I want 9 or so in this tank total. How do you find the look of the Mini Maxis?
Im curious as I personally love it and think they look great to make that fade from softies to LPS.
