Transporting water can cause some issues, most water transfer should be done in a expedited manner and in an air tight container. That is a good point burks!

Getting a pH meter to the tanks location would be the second best option. First would be getting one yourself ;) Just make sure that it is calibrated properly.

sooo...i never got the clowns. the seller is a flake that is now being chased by paypal.

My five little critters are doing just fine, constantly picking at stuff in the tank, keeping the rock SPOTLESS. Im going to the LFS tomorrow, and may come home with some more hermits, snails, and maybe even a fish...It would be nice to see something swimming around since my crabs and hermits like to hide
