Finger coral is not dying. Is it?

I have been regularly doing water changes, I make sure that it has a consistent flow. The light is strong. I just need some reassurance that it is just closed up for now and is not bleaching on me. If anything is wrong. Do tell. The video should show if I need stronger circulation or not.

They do shrink up to shed every month or so. You want low to moderate flow and maybe 150 par light. Mine is on the side of the tank probably in 200 par but low flow
