Feedback on TSM Aquatics - fish died in their QT but I got credit

Everyone,
I just want to do a shout out for TSM Aquatics. Last Spring I special ordered fish. They found them, quarantined them, not all fish made it thru quarantine and one fish delivered to them wasn't same species (I opted to get it at discount since it went thru quarantine with my other very similar looking fish).

TSM Aquatics gave me a credit and I've carefully saved that email as proof I have a credit for future use, because I've heard so many other stories of other companies where if you can prove it, you can't get your redemption.

Today's email, TSM Aquatics sent me a REMINDER that I have a credit on file with them!! How wonderful is THAT! The exact opposite of others!!

They are "partnering" with RobRom Coral. Same business address I believe. TSM website is for sale! You might want to see if RobRom Coral is honoring TSM credit.

I have read from one of TSM employees that they are still open Saturdays 10a to 4pm. TSM has a lot of coral and fish in stock

I received an email about an existing credit as well. I noticed the gift card code was different when comparing to the original (maybe loading all the existing credits into the new system?).

I have placed an order and pre paid in September and still not gotten the fish. TSM Email and voicemail are disabled. Getting upset at this point.

An explanation would be great.

My wife and I stopped in yesterday after randomly stumbling across this place on Google. We walked in just to check them out and walked out with my wife deciding to start her own reef tank, and pre-paying for a $400 pair of clowns

Anyway, very nice guys. They're in the process of moving about 20 minutes up the road, which may be the reason some of you haven't had the best of luck with communication from them. Looks like they're headed in the right direction, and we'll definitely be buying from them again in the future.

Thank you to those who stuck with TSM Aquatics during our transition. TSM Aquatics still does a 30+ day quarantine before releasing any fish for sale. We also continually observe the livestock to ensure they look healthy and are eating well. "Available Now" fish means they have completed the 30+ day QT and are available now. "Pre Order" fish are fish that are partially through the QT process and are eating well, but still have a bit more time in copper. I hope this answers some community questions about TSM's QT procedures.
