Last week I ordered a 6 pack of ICP tests from Fauna Marin. I received a confirmation email indicating that my order had been processed. I have yet to get any notification that the order has shipped and it hasn't arrived yet. Over the last 2 days I've sent 3 emails to them. One via the email address that sent the order confirmation and 2 through their website email GUI. I've received no replies back as of yet

Do they typically send out a shipping notification with a tracking number so customers can track their purchases? I know it's a relative question but about how long does it take orders to arrive from them?

I'm a bit concerned that I've wasted my money.

I've only ever done 5 ICP tests in my whole venture (3 years) -- all were Fauna Marin and I've never had an issue.
*I do always buy from USA sites that sell their tests and never worried about replies from the Germany site but have always gotten back my results (from Germany in a reasonable amount of time) ... 2 days seems like not enough time to worry about (IMO)

Expected delivery from over seas should be closer to a week (or maybe more), I would guess.

I thought I heard something about the hurricane affecting them and they were closed for a bit since I believe it goes through Texas first. I could be wrong as I tried searching the thread and can't find it now.

Thanks for your reply @EricR . I'm not waiting on my test results. I'm waiting for the actual test kits to be delivered. I ordered them a week ago Tuesday (9/23) from ICP1999.com which I believe is there US based store front.

Thanks @Kathy Floyd. I didn't even think about the hurricane. Perhaps you're right. I guess I'll keep trying to contact them and wait.

To put a pin in this, I finally got an email back from FM. It said that they normally do send out a shipping notification. The email included my tracking number and stated that my package had been shipped the same day that I ordered it (9/24). I live in Helena, MT. According to the tracking my package went from Houston, Texas, to SLC, UT, to Billings, MT. Then it somehow got to Sioux Falls, SD before going back to Billings, MT. Unless it gets detoured again I should be receiving it tomorrow. Gotta love the USPS.

I just sent an ICP to the Texas Location and I got it back, return to sender..... Maybe they went out of business.

I'm going to try and reach out to customer service.

When you register the test online at FM there’s a pop up that notifys you the shipping address has changed.

My kit is about 2 years old and this was the last test. The instructions in the kit say nothing about registering online, hence the reason I didn't see that.

Either way you'd think they'd have a forwarding setup. Not a huge deal but 10 dollars in shipping down the drain.

Crap. I sent my test to Texas as well. The kit of 6 tests I just got from them had self-addressed labels for their TX address. That's what I used. I did notice that there was a new address we could ship samples too and the pdf with all the collection sites included both the new LA address as well as the TX one. NOW, I see that pdf has changed to have the LA address and a CA address. My test sample did get delivered based on the tracking number. God only knows where it is now though. ***.

It's not just the shipping you lost. It's whatever you paid for the test kit as well.
