External overflow needed asap

I can order one online and rush the shipping. But I wanted to see if anyone had anything like this they wanted to sell and could ship asap. I need to get a stock tank in and running to get ready for a new tank coming soon. I’ve got a 150G stock tank and have a 40G breeder I was going to use as a simple sump.

I’m open to anything that would work.
