It better be a lot to make up for the cost of that darn bowerHow many Zoas gonna be in that box...
solid! I'm pretty close to there! Definitely stop by! No guarantees on the coral but I'll try! Timmy likes to rip well established corals off my rocks when he feels like I havent fed him enough...if some gets to me before the 23rd, I can get it to Chicago the Monday after. @Projects with Sam can hold and grow. If I can speak for him... also, @Projects with Sam I'll be in your neck of the woods (maywood) the 22nd-25th.
I'ma bout ready to throw mine away. Moved the Leucoxanthus over yesterday and between the Mel and the Starry, he got yelled at a lot. If I can catch them both, they'll be sump bait until I can sell them. Shoulda done that to begin with. The only way I've been able to get anything decent of my Mel is by videoing, scrolling through frame by frame and screen shotting..

So the brown filter I got through eBay - brand name rise(uk) stacked with a yellow filter I think make the best photos. The brown alone seems to take to much color but the combo seems to bring out the colors…..Trying to get decent shots that really capture the colors on these corals is not easy without a real filter. The orange lenses don't work perfectly and the white balance takes too much blue out.
This one's pretty close but it's a top down so it probably helped?
Yeah. Cody told me about a light filter swatch. I have it in the cart just haven't hit "Buy Now" yet... Well buy it and tell us about it and what you figure out!!!!
Several people on here use this. "Straw" is one of the better colors - probably a brown and yellow combo.Well buy it and tell us about it and what you figure out!!!!
So my stacking makes sense…..I kinda wanna get a regular yellow filter vs the ones they sell for “reef” photos…..Several people on here use this. "Straw" is one of the better colors - probably a brown and yellow combo.
Yup you'll be diving in no timeWell, I saw some cool fish snorkeling today. I saw 2 wrasses (probably an Elegant Coris and a Surge Wrasse), a couple of groups Damsels (Hawaiian Sergeants) with babies, TONS of Convict Tangs, and a Reef Trigger (the Humuhumunukunukuāpua'a for short). My daughter said a sea turtle swam between us at one point but I didn't see if. There were lots of Purple/Pink Pincushions, Long Spines, and even some that were likely Pencil urchins.
All that was in about an hour!
