I'm perfectly fine with waiting to try again, I just don't want him stuck in the box for too long. That doesn't seem like a very happy place to be, if you ask me lol. The have been swimming next to each other (within a couple of inches off each other) with no aggression that I can see, so that's a plus, right?looks great,as far as clown, watch reaction of existing clown to box ,rearranging rock...well of course you are going to tweak today to your liking.. will help ,but be ready to remove YOUR CLOWN TO BOX,this time.
lights off flashlight wiggling for distraction ,SLOWLY.. swoop from below..
Agree any pics of the horn and birdsnest. The horn looked fluffy before we leftI'm perfectly fine with waiting to try again, I just don't want him stuck in the box for too long. Oh, YUM!And by steaks, I mean STEAKS!!!!!! Farm raised (by me), all organic and yummy.
Stefan had me move it to the other side of the tank, next to the 1k, and to me it already looks happieryour not killing it ..yet. .
i'm pretty sure was just open all night
The original side we set it at was higher. I was thinking the lights may be making it up set. Since the birds nest is doing so well on that side figured the horn would be better.Stefan had me move it to the other side of the tank, next to the 1k, and to me it already looks happier
There's about 4 inches between the horn and the bird's nest
Looking fuzzy thats good
Horn is def a mid light coral. Looks good. Give it time it gets fluffy. As it grows it is a meanie, so watch it around that birdsnest. The original side we set it at was higher. Apparently, I'm not as patient as I thought I was lol. Things are going well this time. He showed her his belly once, and there has been many a jig danced between them. They have been swimming alongside each other with no conflict. The only time Pumpkin gets a little aggressive toward him is when he gets too close to "Her Spot", but even then she's not super aggressive and when she gets moody like that, he just backs away. Smart fish LOLlooks great,as far as clown, watch reaction of existing clown to box ,rearranging rock...well of course you are going to tweak today to your liking.. will help ,but be ready to remove YOUR CLOWN TO BOX,this time.
