Yeah I do but it looks like crap. For that matter, I have a handful of tanks all plumbed into two systems. The display tank is a bone yard after two years of battling AEFW though. I’m expanding my fish room now, and once I finish I’ll have room to move some things around. A few select sps pieces with no signs of ever having been infested will go into a segregated quarantine system, and the remaining sps colonies that haven’t been killed yet will go into the calcium reactor after a week in the driveway. Give me a few months to get everything sorted out then I’ll start showing people my tanks.
This is about a third of what I’ve lost so far, or what didn’t fit into my 6” diameter 24” tall calcium reactor when I filled it up maybe six months ago. Remember kids, pest prevention is something to take serious.

My Tank Thread

It’s no worries. It’s kind of hard to show off a wounded tank. I actually got a text from a fellow Houston reefer the other day after we were talking about my AEFW. He sent me a pic of my tank from maybe 2019 before all the problems started. Here’s a rough idea of how it looked. Mind you, it grew a good amount after this, but you get the idea. The crazy thing is that my colonies continued to grow after the infestation. They’d eat some, I’d kill some off, the colony would grow some more, repeat the process.

See the big blue Cali tort colony on the right behind the Elkhorn? It was about 10” in diameter. Here’s the current state. One little frag left.It’s no worries. The game I started the last Zoanthids sale with is arguably visually my favorite game that I’ve ever made! The inspiration for the style was “a unicorn vomited on the screen”, which I think I achieved haha
