So far, I've found that when I keep a clip of red nori and feed him angel frozen cubes, and I've removed the offensive corals, Timmy's coral nibbling has ceased. I do however notice that he has started Rage-charging the school of Chromis, I think just to see them scatter; he always grunts afterwards. Its pretty funny; he doesn't stand a chance of getting them.

Can we get a photo oh them in the display?
Sorry, I retired from the aquarium last year and I don’t get to that building very often now…

Here's our guy - we got him in January. So far he's proving to be reasonably reef safe (I think he might be cleaning out a few patches of a rather ugly plain zoa in the tank which is fine with me). His favorite snack seems to be TLF SeaVeggies Red.

The last emperator I had was around 20 years ago. I added it to my 220 fowlr and within 30 minutes the yellow tang I had killed it. When I flushed the dead body I also flushed the live yellow tang! If I had only known the tang which I bought on sale for $9.99 would some day be selling for over $200!!!! Smh

I picked up a yellow corris wrasse for $40 to satisfy the "yellow" component of my reef tank.
