Sorry, it is very difficult to identify a disease from a picture of a dead fish.
I've never seen Naso tangs get Uronema (they might, but it must be rare). This is more likely an acute bacterial infection or Velvet (Amyloodinium).
The algae isn't an issue, I didn't realize the tank was fairly new, so that is normal.
