Dropped salinity in QT by 1/3 on accident

Hello,

I just did a water change in my QT because the nitrates were creeping up. I changed about 1/3 of the water with RO/DI water + 2.0ppm copper on accident (no salt). The salinity dropped to 25ppt. Are the fish going to die? My plan is to raise it back up slowly over the next week or so. Any help/advice is welcome, thank you!

Dropping the salinity quickly for fish is fine. Its raising it that you need to go slow.
