I was just talking to friend of mine about dosing and acclimation for his tank. I suggested him making a simple drip line to use. I use these for fish and dosing. On my big tank I had dosing pumps, but right now space is limited for my tank, so I created this little guy to help with dosing, I also have one for fish as well.

I have several and the enough materials to make a bunch more. Was wondering if yall used something like this. I thought it was pretty common but he was pretty blown away by the idea.

Here is what I use.

I use one very similar for acclimation. I use some hard airline and bend it into a "U" that hangs over the rim of my tank and a valve used for drip irrigation.

Yep. I use 1/4" vinyl tubing with a 1/4" in-line shut off valve. Got them both at Lowe' for about $3
