Hello everyone! Haven’t posted in a while since I had a fish die off where my clowns went rabbid. They are since in their own tank in jail, and the reef has been restored with some cool new fish! But that’s not the point of this thread!!! I set up and have been running a seahorse tank for about 2 months now with great progress, so this is the thread to document that build if you want to follow along with my college and reefing career!!!

The tank I picked up (thanks to Facebook marketplace) was a 32g biocube because it met the water level, height requirements, and still fits nicely in my dorm! The cabinet needed washing but otherwise a good tank. The only issue I ran into was the impeller was broken and was (and still is) very loud which definitely needs to be fixed before I move back to school. Next steps are putting it in and cycling!
