I purchased/received a Biocube 32 upgrade last week. It took about 7 days to actually receive it. I submitted a help ticket 4 days ago and have not heard anything back other than a confirmation that my ticket was received. Maybe this is their standard. I have also called the phone number and go straight to voice mail. Whats up with Steve's led?

I asked in a different thread an that seems to be their standard thing. I would guess they are so overwhelmed and they don't have resources to respond to everything. However I did get my LEDs but it took maybe about 3 weeks. I ended up ordering some spare stars and those came more quicly so I was wondering if maybe they were out of cyan LEDs and that was why it took so long the first time.

Anyways I did get the fixture mostly up and running finially. I have been posting some results on my build thread.
