Well after 10 months my skimmer recirculating pump seized up...

ordered new bearings and a seal!

Wow I've just read all 30 pages of this thread and your tank is awesome and you have the patience of a Saint as I would have lost the plot, no way would I pay for something and then wait 14 months for it all. But you have planned the system well and overcome the problems and made most of them better. You have some lovely livestock that you should be proud of your success, thank you for sharing it with us and I look forward to your plans for the second fish tank.

No worries...Dave reminds me and I appreciate the reminders. I have the best of intentions but manage to get sidetracked or forget.

Thank you. Dave has been a great influence and it’s reassuring to have him so close.

It’s been fascinating to see how far technology and understanding of reef tanks has come. Now if I can just get those couple of parameters to behave.
