Jeorge your tank looks great. I follow you a lot on larc. I too have a small cubeish tank it is 40w x36d x22t . I have many times tried to convince myself to drop down to a 40 breeder just as you did , or buy a tank that is a bit wider for a little larger fish . You see my tank is acrylic and has a lot of fine scratches. I think they can be buffed out . Time will tell . I see tanks like yours and makes me think , I like it, and mine as well .since I know you have went down the DIY light as well as the radian I would love to ask you a few questions on the cube lighting as I have found it difficult at best to light them . I currently use a 400w metal halide . I have purchased about a 100 led and 4 small heatsink I was thinking this and my supplement with 3 T5 39w bulbs mainly for color .the LEDs are for a full color spectrum . Thanks for the inspiration to keep this tank and move foward

Thank you Mike. Send me a pm on larc any time I'll try and help the best I can. The scratches can be buffed out on the tank. May next tank would be a 4x4 cube.

I like them but they are difficult to catch a fish that needs to be removed . I had a dragon wrasse that took most of a day and removing all the rock to get.

It's been a while since I did an update on the tank. Had some issue with the reef flakes so I started to remove it and added some rock to the existing scape and I'll add the new sand next week.

New rock work is in the tank. I'll be placing the corals tonight and tomorrow and adding more pictures.

Well I had a friend stop by Saturday so I asked him to bring his camera and his amazing photo skills. This is how he did.
