My csb anemone has a twist between its foot and the main webbing of the body. Is this a normal thing and should I be worried ?

I've seen this happen before and it's not a big deal -- the nem will be able to untangle itself. That said, if it's flow related, you may want to adjust the flow so the CSB isn't constantly having to adjust itself.

Thanks. I have the flow pretty low now but I will look into maybe sliding it over a bit. My mp10 that is. Seems happy other than the twist
