Yesterday rock work was undone and I found my fox coral on top of my Goni… is there anything I can do to help this Fox survive?

If you are worried about toxins in the water from coral warfare, I believe you can run activated carbon in a mesh bag in your sump or back chamber to help remove toxins.
Keep in mind, carbon simply binds to organics and will need to be removed and either rinsed or replaced periodically to disposed of the bound organics. My understanding is that after the carbon is saturated or after a period of time (weeks maybe? I don't have any sources for a specific timeframe) it will start to leach whatever is bound to the carbon back into the water.

EDIT: For immediate concerns with water quality you can also do a water change. I've personally had an acan get stung by a torch and it's making a full recovery. The main thing is to try and disturb the corals as little as possible and keep your water parameters stable.
