Yeah so be nice, I just lost a large shipment due to FedEx stupidity and this would make me feel better

Don't get me started on FedEx. I had a delayed package, and of course they don't cover what's in the box. However, I paid a large premium for 10am delivery and they failed to get it even on that day. I should get most, if not all of my shipping fee refunded. I purchased something that I did not get.
