I need to move somewhere with town/city water. My water change is carrying 4 buckets around; dirty water out to the street, clean water up from the basement. Can't/don't want to dump it into my septic system.

Throw it in your neighbors yard. The salt definitely won't build up and definitely won't kill the grass.
