I have not been to a proper "coral frag swap" but I have traded in many frags and colonies that have gotten too big for my tank, or that I got board with in my tank to the LFS. Getting credit or just giving them the extras to help their businesses and our hobby is the most rewarding part of the hobby for me. i don't have one favorite experience.

Daily Question:What is your approach to coral reef aquascaping?

I drill my rock and use acrylic rods. This allows for easy removal if needed. I usually go for three pillar/islands.

I've only been to the Coral Farmers Market in Phoenix. I've been twice now and it's been great. Ours is very small but some great people there!

15 years with a few small breaks during tank tear downs and moving houses.
