Very cool. It will be interesting to see what they come up with for results. I’d imagine those will see a bump in sales.

Same size tank and I had to stop at 35 ml of CoppersafeI'll contribute
I remember doing my research from @Humblefish 's recommendations on medication on-hand and @Brew12 's experiences with Coppersafe and the email exchanges wtih Fritz that showed they had no idea what was going on after taking over manufacturing of the product.
Anywho... I bought mine last September.
Batch: 1107F1D101

I used the approach to measure out the exact amount by syringe and test when I was half way to therapeutic levels.
Interior Dimension of tank - 19.9 Gallons
PPM Intended: 1.75ppm (allowed some room for error on my end)
Dosages: 1.9ml per gallon for a total of 37.81 ml
Test Kit: API
Final Test: Between 1-2ppm in color but much closer to 2ppm.
I'm 4 days away from completing 30 days in CopperSafe and have had no loss to date.
@HotRocks My apologies if this has already been answered; but has anyone contacted Hanna Instruments to confirm that their colorimeter is capable of accurately reading chelated copper? I'd love to ask them point blank if their colorimeter is compatible with the following brands: Cupramine, Coppersafe, Copper Power.
If you haven't contacted them already, I will do it if you like.
I'm also betting @Christoph would likely be able to provide some insight into this.
Yes those are the three I have specifically mentioned to them.
What was their answer? Sorry, I was on the road all day yesterday so I didn't have time to completely read through this thread.

In a nutshell, their answer was, there should be nothing in saltwater that interferes with the tester. They need to do research on the products of their own used with the tester before they are willing to state publicly that the tester is indeed 100% accurate.
Is there any copper product/formula they are sure is 100% accurate with their tester? To use as a baseline? Copper sulfate pentahydrate, perhaps?
It’s my understanding in my conversation with Hannah recently that copper test kit is only for freshwater double check I may be wrong but don’t think so
Quoting Ronald Reagan here, "Trust but verify" . . . .So now we patiently wait for them to do their own testing on the High Range Model (HI702)!
I got the same thing and it shipped next day. I got one too on my second order. So probably the extra reagents.
Yeah @HotRocks was the best thing that ever happened to their sales!Hanna just sent me a "back order" notification. Arrgh.
