Clownfish twitching and acting strange

Hi all,

My clownfish has started twitching its head, as you can see in the video. I had two clownfish in there, but the first one did the same thing, twitching its head as well as clamped fins, breathing hard, and not eating, so I moved it to the QT tank, adding metroplex. The clownfish does not have anything else appearance wise that I can see. Now the second one is showing the same behavior, so I'm thinking I have to move it to the QT tank as well. All my water parameters look good (salinity: 1.026, ammonia: 0, nitrite: 0, nitrate 3, temp: 79).

Can you all help me diagnose what my clownfish has and what I should do treat as well with my main tank and QT? I heard I should take all fish out and leave the tank fishless for 6 weeks or so should I take my fire goby (fire goby seems fine) out too?I have a toadstool coral, a torch coral, a shrimp, and a fire goby.

Based on signs mentioned, possible flukes or brook but video will offer clues
Get rid of the metroplex which needs to be used precisely and makes food taste bitter and should be used When necessary and when you have identified a symptom.
As for parameters, how are you testing and disregard nitrite which is freshwater specific.

Video is a little blurry but im not seeing tell tale signs of flukes but possibly brooklynella. The Api kit often produces mixed results and I encourage you to have water sample checked at an LFS that does NOT use Api kits and see what readings they come up with.
With brook, some signs will be loss of appetite, unusual swim pattern, elevated breathing, loss of color and lethargic behavior as examples.

You can change the quality at the settings on bottom right. But alright thank you, I'm guessing it's brook then.

Sorry, neither of the videos work on my computer. I can get one video to play, but the colors are reversed.

Headshaking and rapid breathing are often a sign of gill flukes. Brooklynella will show less head shaking, but more white mucus on the body and the fins.

I would try Prazipro for flukes and Rally Pro in case it is Brook.
